I was blown away by the amazing room features including an outdoor dual shower head area, jacuzzi, and hammock on the front porch. However, the layout lacked a shared lounge space for families. The service was top-notch, with a professional and friendly staff using WhatsApp for seamless communication and offering exceptional attention to detail. The location was stunning, set in a lush rainforest with large grounds and convenient rides in golf carts. The dining experience was fantastic, with a diverse buffet and made-to-order options for dietary restrictions. Overall, a truly extraordinary stay.
My stay at this hotel was truly remarkable. The rooms were large, clean, and surrounded by the amazing sounds of wildlife, but unfortunately, there was a sewerage smell that was quite unpleasant. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The location was lovely, offering a great view of the Arenal volcano and easy access to nearby attractions.
