My stay at this hotel was truly remarkable. The rooms were large, clean, and surrounded by the amazing sounds of wildlife, but unfortunately, there was a sewerage smell that was quite unpleasant. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The location was lovely, offering a great view of the Arenal volcano and easy access to nearby attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory, providing a good selection of fresh foods but could have been more varied. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor setbacks.
